Herroepingsrecht<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

De consument die bij de verkoper producten bestelt, beschikt over een termijn van 14 kalenderdagen vanaf de datum van de levering van de producten of de kennisgeving dat zij beschikbaar zijn op het gekozen afhaalpunt, om de verkoper zonder boete en zonder opgave van redenen mee te delen dat hij van de koop wenst af te zien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De consument kan de verkoper op de hoogte brengen van zijn wens om van de aankoop af te zien door middel van het\u00a0hier\u00a0<\/a>beschikbare herroepingsformulier. Wanneer deze termijn op een zaterdag, zondag of feestdag verstrijkt, wordt hij verlengd tot de eerstvolgende werkdag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De consument zendt het (de) door hem van de aankoop afgezien(e) product(en) in perfecte staat en in zijn (hun) originele verpakking terug. Enkel de rechtstreekse terugzendingskosten zijn ten laste van de consument. De verkoper zal het betaalde bedrag zo spoedig mogelijk en uiterlijk binnen 14 dagen na de terugzending van deze terugbetalen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De consument die een product opent of gebruikt v\u00f3\u00f3r het verstrijken van de herroepingstermijn, wordt geacht afstand te hebben gedaan van de uitoefening van zijn herroepingsrecht met betrekking tot dit product.
