SailProof waterdichte tablets zijn ontworpen om de zwaarste maritieme omstandigheden te weerstaan, maar er is een stille vijand die alle apparaten aan boord kan be\u00efnvloeden: blootstelling aan zout water<\/strong>. Onze tablets zijn IP67-gecertificeerd<\/a> en deze classificatie garandeert bescherming tegen het binnendringen van vloeistoffen, inclusief zout water. Blootstelling aan het milieu zonder de juiste zorg en onvoorziene factoren kunnen ondanks deze certificering echter nog steeds invloed hebben op het apparaat. De belangrijkste risico’s komen voort uit langdurige blootstelling aan zout spatwater, vooral wanneer de poorten niet volledig zijn afgesloten, en uit metalen onderdelen aan de buitenkant van de tablet, die kunnen worden aangetast door corrosie. Waarom kan zout uw waterdichte tablet beschadigen?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Zeewater is niet alleen zeer corrosief voor metalen, maar laat ook zoutresten achter op de laadpoorten en knoppen, wat op den duur de prestaties kan be\u00efnvloeden.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tips om uw SailProof-tablet te beschermen tegen schade door zout water
<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Spoel na elke reis af met zoet water:<\/strong> gebruik een vochtig doek (met zoet water) om het scherm, de knoppen en de oplaadpoort schoon te vegen. Dompel de tablet niet onder; verwijder gewoon zoutresten.
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Droog uw apparaat grondig voordat u het opbergt:<\/strong> de combinatie van zout en vocht kan na verloop van tijd corrosie veroorzaken. Zorg ervoor dat uw tablet volledig droog is voordat u hem opbergt.

  3. Bescherm de oplaadpoort<\/strong>: houd de afdekking van de oplaadpoort altijd gesloten wanneer u deze niet gebruikt. Als u zich vaak in een omgeving met veel zout bevindt, overweeg dan om waterdicht opladen te gebruiken om te voorkomen dat er vocht in de connectoren komt.
