Shipping

Our shipping costs include packaging, handling and shipping costs. They are calculated at checkout and can be consulted before confirming the order. Depending on the destination and weight, delivery charges may be offered beyond a certain amount, depending on the chosen operator. All prices below are including taxes.

We deliver all over the world. A tracking link will be sent to you after validation of the order. We make it a point of honour to send your parcels as soon as possible. Depending on the destination, these will generally take between 3 and 8 business days. The exact deadlines will be confirmed in the tracking link provided upon sending. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your item within the specified time frame. However, these delivery times are mentioned for information purposes only and SailProof cannot be held responsible for any delays.

Regarding deliveries in less accessible areas, please contact us to consider the best and less expensive way to ship your parcel.

Damaged package?

We also take care to pack the products as well as possible in order to ensure that you receive them in perfect condition. However, an accident can always happen. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible using the form on the contact page or by email. Don’t forget to include photos of the package.

Deliveries outside the European Union

Outside the European Union, prices are quoted excluding VAT. For these orders, we do not charge any European tax. Depending on the destination, these orders may be subject to national taxes and customs fees that you must pay upon receipt of the package in the country. Any costs generated by the order (customs duties, taxes, import duties, storage fees, or any other charges) are the responsibility of the recipient.

SailProof covers any transport damage. Customs have the right to check and open packages in order to carry out controls. If you would like more information on customs formalities, delays and their cost, please contact your country’s customs authorities. Outside Europe, the costs of returning goods are also the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in advance by SailProof.

It should be noted that international shipments to certain countries may be subject to delivery restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order are in accordance with the law in force in the country of destination. It is also possible that the manufacturer’s warranty does not apply, that manufacturer services are not provided, that safety instructions and instructions are not translated into the local language, that products (and accessories) do not comply with the legislation in force in the country, that marking indications and requirements do not comply with local standards and that products are not adapted to the current voltages and electrical standards of the destination country.
